Corporate Social Responsibility (CRS) represents the voluntary dedication of Zima with the economic, environmental and social development, working in an innovative way and responsible, contributing to the sustainable development of the areas in which we operate.

Our goal is to offer innovate solutions and of quality under the frame of the policies of working risk prevention more demanding.

Commitment with the goals of sustainable development.

The Objectives of Sustainable Development (OSD) defined in 2015, that replaced the goals of the millennium, will define the Development Agenda until the year 2030.

The end goal of this development, based on 17 objectives based on 169 goals, is to promote the prosperity and well-being, eradicate poverty, fight against climate change and to preserve the environment. The private sector will have to take an outstanding roll in order to meet its goals.

That is why Zima has identified 10 OSD that have been on development for years. 4 of this OSD are aligned directly with its core business.

Annual CSR Report

Every year a Corporate Social Responsibility Report is issued. The purpose is to inform our groups of interest about our progress and activities taken by Zima on this area.

Spanish Network Global Agreement

The Global Agreement is an international initiative suggested by United Nations. Its purpose is to implant 10 principals (based on human, working, environmental and corruption fighting rights) to meet with the voluntary commitment with social responsibility.

That is why Daorje, subsidiary of Zima, joined the World Pact of the United Nations on the 07/25/2011 and is a member since April of 2013, being named signatory member.

 

 

Daorje,

El Pacto Mundial es una iniciativa internacional propuesta por Naciones Unidas. Su finalidad es implantar 10 principios (basados en derechos humanos, laborales, medioambientales y de lucha contra la corrupción) para conseguir un compromiso voluntario en materia de responsabilidad social.

Por eso Daorje, filial del grupo Zima, se adhirió al Pacto Mundial de Naciones Unidas el 25/07/2011 y es socio desde abril del 2013, siendo actualmente socio Signatory.

Human rights
  1. The companies must support and respect the protection of the fundamental human rights, recognizing them internationally, inside their area of influence.
  2. The companies must make sure that their companies are not responsible for the vulnerating of the human rights.
Labor standards

3. The companies must support the freedom of association and effective recognition of the rights for collective negotiation.

4. The companies must support the elimination of all kind of forced labor or done under compulsion.

5. The companies must support the eradication of child labor.

6. The companies must support the abolition of the discrimination practices in the workplace.

Environment

7.   The companies must maintain a preventive state that favors the environment.

8. The companies must encourage the initiatives that promote a higher environmental responsibility.

9. The companies must encourage the development and spreading of the technologies that are respectful with the environment.

Anticorruption

10. The companies must work on fighting corruption on all its forms, including extortion and bribery.
